He thus acquired invaluable experience and recognition with the most renowned watchmakers, particularly in Switzerland. Anxious to share his knowledge and know-how, V.-A. Pierret uses all his ingenuity and his knowledge to design, for example, a machine allowing the representatives of the people to vote while instantly giving the result of the deliberations.
