Volume one of a massive, multivolume documentation on the history of the Comtoise (Morbier) type french wall clock. Volume 1 is primarily the picture catalog if the authors collection ( doing business as the: Comtoise Museum Duseldorf ), documenting on the first 280 pages the 280 clocks currently in the museum (in order of their catalog number id est roughly chronological), followed by 90 additional clocks from various other collections.
