Detailed, illustrated report and technical documentation on the restoration (2003-2006) of a large, moving sphere astronomical clock made by Joseph Dupressoir (Paris, 1666-1747) and modified in the late 18th century (decimal time added) since circa 1800 in St.Petersburg. Restauration carried out under the leadership of Laurent Barotte as a international cooperation project by a team from the technical schools in Porrentruy (Switzerland) and Morteau (France) for theRussian owners, since October 12, 2006 on exhibit again at the Kunstkamera museum in St.Petersburg.Includes gearcount, gearing diagrams, glossary and bibliography .
