Compehensive catalog of a 2005 temporary exhibit held at the Patek Philippe Museum in Geneva of 28 pocketwatches by Patek Philippe sold to royalty 1850 to 1910. Each pieces illustrated in color, plus image of the owner, and genealogical information on its owner as well as a description of the watch. Catalog part is preceded by a short history of the manufacture, and a discussion of their participation in the London Universal Exhibition of 1851, followed by a glossary, an index and notes on the decorative artists involved in flinishing the cases. 1000 copies printed. This book also exists in a French language edition.
