This richly illustrated volume is a reflective look at The Railroad Time Service, the interpretive exhibit presented during the 71st Annual National Convention of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors, Incorporated, June 17-20, 2015, in Chattanooga, TN. A chronological review describing the development of timekeeping methods adopted by North America's railroads, the exhibit displayed numerous examples of classic clocks and watches with railroad provenance, as well as earlier instruments used for time measurement.
