Annotated English translation of the 1397 Latin manuscript, describing Dondi's planetarium. The original manuscript on parchment measures 430x280 mm, and consists of 43 folios in two columns. The date appears across the cover sheet (1397) . The manuscript (BHM 7015) is at the Bibliotheca Nazionale Mancinao, Venezia (Italy) and catalogued under number " Cod.85, membr.saec XIV, a. 440 I.278, (L, VIII, XVII.) Ioannis Dondi "Planetarium" Partes tres, folia 43". The planatarium (long lost) was made in Padua by the physician Giovanni de Dondi, now usually called Giovanni de Dondi dall'orologgio 1348 to 1364
